I just enabled the Internet Publishing and/or the Internet Backup feature(s), and Family Tree Legends is prompting me for a username and password. Where do I find my username and password?

I am a dial-up modem user, and have recently switched Internet providers. Family Tree Legends is no longer publishing, and/or backing up my file because it can’t connect to the Internet. How do I fix this?
