Help with Downloading

To download Family Tree Legends to your computer, you will first click here to pick up your purchased copy. This page will ask for your product serial number that was supplied to you at the time of your order. A copy of your product serial number was also included in the Family Tree Legends order confirmation receipt that was sent to your email inbox.

After you have entered your product serial number, you will be forwarded to a page that displays the words "Installing Family Tree Legends". You are provided with two methods to download Family Tree Legends to your computer:

• Method #1
  The first and easiest method is through our One-Click Install. This method works with MOST web browsers. You will be asked to click "Yes" twice on a browser security window. After clicking "Yes" twice, the download and installation process for Family Tree Legends will automatically begin.
  
  
• Method #2
  The second method is to download the setup.exe file manually and install it yourself. When you click on the link to download the setup.exe file, a browser window will come up asking you whether to "Open" or "Save as". You can choose either selection.
  
  
  • If you choose Open, the installation will begin immediately. Please ignore any warnings that pertain to viruses that your browser may display. Our software setup files have completed a thorough virus-check.
    
    
  • If you choose to "Save as", you will need to decide where to store the setup.exe file on your computer's hard drive. After the download completes, you will need to navigate to the location on your computer's hard drive where you choose to save the "setup.exe" file, and then double-click on it to begin the installation process.
